 Monte La Vida is  a 12 2BHK apartment building, situated in Assagao near Reis Magos fort.

The structure is adorned with traditional pergola rising from double height arches that gives it the portugeuse character. The rather high elevation is systematically structured with levels and balconies at every floor.

The crown arched dormers on top conclude the design in terms of its palatial nature. 

Mirante is  a 32 room apartment building, situated in Nerul near Reis Magos fort.

The structure is adorned with traditional pergola rising from double height arches that gives it the portugeuse character. The rather high elevation is systematically structured with levels and balconies at every floor.

Nova Soccorro houses 22 villas and row villas. WIth G+2 storey these are envisaged with modern contemporary balinese style of architecture. The project is set in soccorro. With plot area of 3 Acres having forest on either sides the property is two way dynamic entity looking off to Assagao hills in the distance.
